At Gan Israel Shaloh House, we believe that nutritious, wholesome food is an indispensable part of the summer experience. That is why we provide daily kosher breakfasts, hot lunches, and afternoon snacks, all freshly prepared by our renowned chef.

We make sure that kids drink every hour. Water bottles will be provided for trips and other off-campus activities. 

Sample Menu:

Monday 

Breakfast: Cereal with milk and fruit

Lunch: Barely soup, pasta with cheese, green beans or fresh vegetable salad, fresh fruit, bread with butter or cream cheese, and milk

Snack: Fruits, juice

Tuesday

Breakfast: Cereal with milk and fruit 

Lunch: Noodle soup, tuna salad, French fries, fresh vegetable salad

Snack: Crackers with milk

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Yogurt with crackers and fruit 

Lunch: Oats and vegetable soup, egg salad, baked potatoes, corn or fresh vegetable salad, bread with butter, fresh fruit, and milk

Snack: Yogurt and crackers

Thursday: 

Breakfast: Cereal with milk and fruit 

Lunch: Noodle or pea soup, pizza, pickles, fresh vegetable salad, bread with butter, fresh fruits and milk 

Snack: Cake, fruits with milk or juice

 

Friday:

Breakfast: Yogurt with crackers and fruit 

Lunch: Barley soup, fish sticks, rice, fresh vegetable salad, bread with butter, fresh fruit and juice 

Snack: Shabbos party!
